I didn't... read more I've usually had wonderful experiences at this restaurant, but on October 28, 2022, around 4 PM, the staff member at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I didn't receive my receipt, which would have enabled me to file a formal complaint, but I couldn't help but notice his unfriendly demeanor. I know that working in food service can be challenging and stressful, as I've experienced it myself, but it was truly disappointing.

When I contacted the owner to express my concerns, he refused to address them and instead suggested that I just use the drive-thru. I found the owner's response to be unprofessional, and overall, the service was disappointing—this experience did not reflect well on the Bojangles brand.

I also had to wait for the Bo Rounds to be prepared since th... read more I couldn't place my order online because the menu on the website didn't match the actual offerings. I also had to wait for the Bo Rounds to be prepared since they had run out during peak hours. When I got home, I found that the honey mustard sauce I had ordered was missing. To make matters worse, one of the dinners was incorrect—I had ordered a breast and wing but received a small leg and thigh instead. The person at the front counter was a bit rude as well. I would advise choosing a different location!

I ordered a chicken breast that was supposed to be juicy, but it arrived cold and rubbery. When I checked the rest of the food, it looked like it had been sitting out for a few hours. On weekdays, everything is delicious, so I recommend going then instead.
