I usually don’t leave negative reviews, so maybe it was just an off night. The French fries were cold, the biscuit was overcooked, and the tables and seats were dirty. The floor also needed sweeping. I probably wouldn’t return to this location. We really enjoy visiting the Bojangles in Rocky Mount and Roanoke on 220.
If you're looking for a quick and easy drive-thru experience at Bojangles', this location off Peters Creek Road is the place to go. The staff are always friendly, greeting you with a smile and having your order ready as soon as you reach the window. It's simple to get in and out, with plenty of parking available. However, I wouldn't recommend this spot for large trucks or vehicles towing trailers due to the steep hill leading up to the restaurant. Aside from that, no complaints—keep up the great work, Bojangles' team! The menu offers a great variety that keeps me coming back.
I love chicken, and Bojangles offers such a great variety! Their Chicken Biscuits, Chicken Bites, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Sandwiches, and even delicious BBQ are all amazing. God bless Bojangles!
The round potatoes that came with my biscuit were undercooked, with the center being quite cold as if they were still frozen. I also ordered the two ham biscuits for $4, and they weren't good either.
The food is good, but my latest experience wasn't great. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and didn’t receive the chicken biscuit. I also ordered a 4-piece chicken tender combo, but only got 3 tenders. Plus, there was no spoon for my potatoes and gravy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
