The image speaks for itself, and it certainly wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, I can’t get a refund either.
Not recommended. This place has issues with cleanliness and hygiene. I just got out of the hospital after suffering from severe gastroenteritis. People in the area know me, and I want to warn everyone to avoid eating at this branch. Stay safe!
My favorite Bojangles has AMAZING customer service! The staff there are incredibly nice and kind.
The round potatoes that came with my biscuit were undercooked, with the center being quite cold as if they were still frozen. I also ordered the two ham biscuits for $4, and they weren't good either.
The food is good, but my latest experience wasn't great. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and didn’t receive the chicken biscuit. I also ordered a 4-piece chicken tender combo, but only got 3 tenders. Plus, there was no spoon for my potatoes and gravy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
