This is actually my first time to dine here at Wendy’s. Nothing to special.. or maybe the saliva that sprinkled on my burger when they are making it. The staffs assigned on the kitchen are chit-chatting and not wearing any mouth shield. If you’re gonna let everyone see what you are doing in the kitchen, atleast do it right. View all feedback.
Ordered the churro and frosty combo and had to wait for THIRTY MINUTES just for that. had to follow up my order because they most likely forgot about it? is it because i just ordered one thing that they ignored it or they didn’t prioritize it or what? the people who ordered AFTER me got their orders first before me. and the frosty is so liquid-y Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited less than an hour just for an order of 1-pc spicy chicken with rice. The store was not even full. I don't know what took them too long but all of the people I was ahead of during ordering had their meals served. Some even finished.
