I ordered the biscuits and gravy with potatoes for breakfast. It was so good. The biscuits were light and fluffy. The sauce was seasoned well and the potatoes were nice and crunchy.

If only their customer service was better. I'm a former employee of Wendy's and the customer service I get every time I visit here is always so disappointing. I have received a letter from corporate I still have to this day because of the customerservice I provided. It always says a lot about a person. If I spoke to customers or handled food the way the employees at thislocation does, I'd probably be out of a job or pulled to the side to fix. Very sad. I hope the managers address this issue.

I had the worst experience at this Wendy's that I've ever encountered. I love Wendy's and have visited this location multiple times. This time, I found myself stuck in a very long drive-thru line that wasn't moving, so I went inside to place a quick order. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized; they were running around without any clear direction. There was a couple in front of me who had been waiting to place their order for several minutes. When a female manager finally came over to the registers, I asked her twice whether we should use the kiosk or if she would take our order. She completely ignored my questions and walked back to the drive-thru. Fortunately, one of the young ladies working there heard me and suggested using the kiosk instead. Frustrated, I decided to just walk out. The manager was rude, and I won’t be returning to this Wendy's again!

After waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, I reached the order board without anyone greeting me or saying a word. I asked if they were taking orders, and the response was just a curt "yes," nothing more. I inquired further about placing my order, but received no reply. After another 10 minutes of waiting with no service, I decided to leave. This was on a Saturday at 2 PM, and the inside of the restaurant was completely empty. This has to be the worst Wendy's I’ve ever been to, with absolutely no service. It’s no surprise that the McDonald's across the street is always busy and has a fast-moving line.

I went in to pick up two delivery orders, and while I waited for them to be prepared, I decided to take on a third delivery. I could see the team's dedication to making sure all the orders were completed efficiently and with care. I've had some terrible experiences with Wendy's pickups in the past, but this was completely different. Thank you for the excellent quality!
