I had a huge pancake with pecans, eggs, speck and coffee. the pancake was light, fluffy and I said huge! the eggs were fresh and spicy and the speck crispy. our server was polite and friendly. we wanted cocktails, but unfortunately it was Sunday and early. we came there at 8 o'clock and were immediately seated by the sweetest hostess. I recommend them if they are ever in apollo beach.
