I've never had a negative experience at Culver's. My son especially enjoys their chicken tenders and ice cream.
Great burger for on the run. The fish sandwich is huge but I wish they added seasoning to the batter or salt/pepper the fish fresh from the fryer. Also, the tarter sauce needs help... Sweet relish and seasoning. Or add a couple of sweet pickles to the sandwich.... something.The service is always pretty good, the food is fresh and hot, and the frozen custard is really good.
Took over 10 mins for them to make my hot fudge sundaes. I noticed that the girl who made them hardly put hot fudge on them. I pointed this out to her and instead of remaking then properly she just dumped more on top. I didn't feel like waiting 10 moreminutes I know it seems like a little thing but at $6 a sundae they should just make it right.
These are smash burgers, not cookie-cutter round. Add your own stuff. I got a child's meal and it was adequate for me. Plus, you get a free ice cream dip with your choice of topping. Beats McDo and BK and Wendy's.
