The first thing we were told as we were being set is there 's no ranch dressing. My wifeordered a salad and we were told sorry we 're out of salad. Once we ordered it moved quicker, the food was good. The tableswere all wet when they sat us and kinda sticky even after it dried. The reality is there 's very few places that have reallygood wings here, so we will go back eventually. Oh and we went at 7pm, so not having items early in the evening is somewhatconfusing. And while we were in the waiting room, the phones were ringing non stop and no one seemed to have any intention onanswering them (in case you 're on the phone now thinking it might get answered).

When I arrived, the takeout area... read more I ordered takeout for myself and my husband at 7:20, and my receipt indicated that our order would be ready for pickup at 8:10. When I arrived, the takeout area was quite busy with people waiting for their orders, which is understandable. However, instead of allowing customers to come to the counter to give their names for their orders, the employees were wandering around, writing down names on paper bags and taking them back to the kitchen. At 8:15, I was informed that my order would be ready in another 10-15 minutes, which was incredibly frustrating since it was already five minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Unfortunately, there wasn't much I could do about it. Twenty minutes later, I was told that my order would be ready "any minute now," and I kept hearing this every time an employee returned from the kitchen. Meanwhile, several people who had arrived after me were getting their orders on time and leaving with their food. Finally, at 8:50, the employee told me my food was ready. When I approached the counter to pick it up, she asked how I would be paying. I had already paid online. She went to get the manager, who returned with a different bag containing my food. This meant that the employee almost gave me the wrong order after I'd waited for almost an hour, and it had been over an hour since I placed my original order. While the manager offered an apology for the wait, I was so hungry and frustrated that I might have considered staying to request a refund if it weren't for that. To make matters worse, the wings were neither hot nor warm, there was barely any sauce, the large onion ring basket we ordered looked more like a small order, and we didn't receive the spicy ranch for the onion rings or the celery we had requested with our wings. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.

My dog enjoyed the celery and carrots, but honestly, they and the ranch dressing were the only highlights of the meal. The wings were so tough that they were inedible. It felt like they had either been made yesterday or had been sitting in a warmer since the restaurant opened. Nothing about this meal seemed fresh. To top it off, my order was supposed to be ready by 4:40, but I didn’t get it until 5:15. I was asked for my name about ten times, as if no one could remember their tasks. And it’s worth noting that the place wasn't even busy. I’m very disappointed after spending my hard-earned money here, and I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

We ordered... read more The food at this restaurant is overpriced, and they often forget items and sides from your order. When it arrived, the food was old, hard, and cold. We ordered wings and received them without any sauce, missing condiments, and they were incredibly dry. Buffalo Wild Wings has consistently disappointed over the years at various locations! I mention this based on my experience before COVID, so the excuses don’t hold up. Save your time and money and consider dining anywhere else.
