We had a death in the family so I've been distracted and I forgot to make my son's lunch for school I ordered Uber for him for lunch. Unfortunately when it arrived he couldn't eat any of it because it was saturated in miracle whip mustard and had onionson it which I did not order. He should have only had pickles cucumbers and lettuce and salt and pepper. I also ordered asandwich for the teacher for being so sweet to us during this difficult time and again it had so much miracle whip and mustardon it that it was inedible. Basically wasted $26 the Uber delivery was great he was right on time and very respectful though.

I came in today for lunch they were busier than usual which was fine. There was a family in front of me and he was ordering his food something buy one get one free. Chloe the worker had said like everyone has to be here so he calls his family over. Thesubway employee had got mad saying they just cut in front of all these people and he was trying to explain that they were justsitting down. She was being awfully rude to this family. She tried to talk with the kids he had said that they don?t speakenglish. I thought this was very unprofessional and very rude. I wont be coming back here if that?s how customers are beingtreated.

Worst experience ever! Chloe was the manager that waited on us. She was so unfriendly and possibly the rudest person I?ve ever dealt with. She was even rude to the customer after us. I felt compelled to tell her hey (I?m sorry if we are aninconvenience to you. she didn?t bat an eye. Chloe doesn?t smile and is very condescending. I really felt bad for the youngman working with her. Clearly she is not happy in her work and I feel she?s loosing customers at this subway location. I?vebeen in customer service for years and the first thing you learn is don?t bring your problems to work, Smile and have your Agame everyday! We all have issues in life but seriously I would never treat anyone like she does. I know I will never goback and I?ve told all my family and friends about our experience.

Went in, had 1 associate, and one customer walked in in front of us. She ignored both customers to finish an online order, no greeting or acknowledgment that anyone was there. After a literal 5 minutes making that sandwich, she helped the customer thatwalked in in front of us. Ignoring the fact it took her 10 min to make her two sandwiches, she finally finished. She thenproceeded to start another sandwich for an online order, instead of helping the next customers in line waiting for her.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED. This location has the absolute worst manager there can be. They are VERY rude and disrespectful. This location is right next to my house and would be a spot I hit at least 2-3 times a week ifit weren?t for this manager being there. Instead I have unfortunately have only got it maybe 5-6 times in the near 2 years I?velived here just to avoid having my mood ruined by absolute degrading treatment from this person. I?ve never been one to call forsomeone?s job, but this person deserves to lose their job. I refuse to go there and will be sure I spread the word to everyone Iknow to never visit this location. If the owner has any care for this location, which I know they own hundreds of locations soit makes sense for there to be such a neglectful eye kept over this location, but I?d recommend some restructuring. I?d even behappy to offer help in sourcing employment for the location. If it means this person is gone.
