Came here recently with my family, first impression was... read more OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I 've been a KFC fan my whole life, this location seems to be on the decline... Came here recently with my family, first impression was when I went to open the door- look at this door handle Then after standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. I shouted out Hello? about four employees came out of nowhere, the one staring at his phone at the drive thru didn 't notice us, or even bother looking up. (I think he had ear buds in) Food was below average, I think that 's a chain wide issue. The employees were helpful once they knew we were there. For the price increases we are seeing it would be nice to walk in to a nice clean environment and be greeted by helpful, cheerful crew.

I wish they'd let me behind the counter so I could whip up my own ice cream and root beer float—yum! As for KFC, they have the best original crispy chicken and their classic recipe is unbeatable. The coleslaw isn't quite what it used to be, but it's still nice and crunchy. The mashed potatoes with gravy are always a hit—perfectly seasoned! And let's not forget the biscuits; we absolutely adore them. Enjoy your root beer float along with a chicken leg! Whether it's the Papa Burger, Mama Burger, or Baby Burger, I love them all!

Also the incorrect food was inedible, the chicken was cooked to stone and so we're the biscuits.

If you haven't been here in a while or are hesitant to return due to previous negative reviews, I encourage you to give it another try. I'll update this review if my next experiences are just as good. Just a heads-up, it's really more fast food like KFC/A.

Overall, I enjoyed the flavors and textures. One reason I choose plant-based options is to maintain a healthier diet, though I have to admit this wasn't the healthiest choice for lunch. I would be open to enjoying these items occasionally. Ordering at KFC was straightforward, but it was only available through online and drive-thru orders during my visit. After I placed my order, I waited in my car near the restaurant, and my food was brought to me in about five minutes. I didn't mind this setup, as it likely meant my meal wasn't sitting under a warmer all day.
