This restaurant had some tough times, but my recent visits have been fantastic. If you haven't been here in a while or are hesitant to return due to previous negative reviews, I encourage you to give it another try. I'll update this review if my next experiences are just as good. Just a heads-up, it's really more fast food like KFC/A.
I visited to experience the offerings of this restaurant. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I was curious about their non-chicken items. Overall, I enjoyed the flavors and textures. One reason I choose plant-based options is to maintain a healthier diet, though I have to admit this wasn't the healthiest choice for lunch. I would be open to enjoying these items occasionally. Ordering at KFC was straightforward, but it was only available through online and drive-thru orders during my visit. After I placed my order, I waited in my car near the restaurant, and my food was brought to me in about five minutes. I didn't mind this setup, as it likely meant my meal wasn't sitting under a warmer all day.
THE WORST KFC I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I spent over $45 and got trash from this location. Every piece of chiccen was burnt and the meat was also burnt to the bone! I'm not exaggerating when I say EVERY piece. This place needs to be shut down. I've should have looked at the reviews before I went there. I would've been $45 richer!
They have a major lack of care for online orders. May as well go thru the drive thru if you’re in a hurry at all. Over an hour for “fast food” on a Tuesday night. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location.
Took about 15 minutes of standing in the lobby before I was even acknowledged that I was here. Another 15 minutes and I still don't have my order that their app said would be ready for pickup 35 minutes ago. I've watched several employees grab french fries and eat them with their bare hands. Never coming to this location ever again.
