Over an hour for “fast food” on a Tuesday night. 10/10 would NOT recommend this location.

He asked for an extra cole-slaw but they... read more My husband went to pick up the chicken meal, they were out of biscuits and said it would take 20 minutes to cook them. He asked for an extra cole-slaw but they said they couldn’t do that without charging him. Then he asked for extra potatoes, nope..they couldn’t do that either. What they could do is charge him for the meal that included the biscuits but not give him any biscuits. When is that type of customer service allowed? He did say the Island girl was very helpful and apologetic but when the young manager got involved that is when things went south.
