Food is always good at five guys. This location has great service as well. We ordered online and when we arrived at the location. Waited for our order. One of the team members called out if we have been help, we informed him weordered online. He mentioned we needed to check in with the cashier to have our online order started so the food we be fresh.Just want to point out guest awareness for your team members. We ordered online so we would not have to wait 6-11 minutes. Mostlikely won?t use that service again.

I got to the restaurant 8 minutes before closing and the restaurant was closed and it seemed like more than half of the restaurant was already cleaned. All I wanted was fries, but an employee came out and unlocked the door and toldme that they closed early and that they had already cleaned the fryer. I understand that it 's a Friday night and that theemployees wanted to get off, but maybe update the hours online for it to say that it 's closes early. The other unfortunate thingis that another car arrived a minute after I did and was also turned away.

I watched 3 batches of fries being taken ou... read more Had an order for Uber that was only fries. Only fires. Took 12 min because they said they needed to make them fresh. I watched 3 batches of fries being taken out of the oil in the process and before you think it was busy in there. Think again. This place is extremely rude and when I asked why it took so long I have never been given more attitude. They wasted my time on purpose and did so with zero respect for me and my time. Uber drivers don’t make a lot and places like this are the reason why.
