Absolutely the worst KFC around. I honestly don't know why I keep wasting my time coming here. Maybe I thought that this place would change but, I'm fooling myself. Poor customer service (if that's even a thing anymore), order is never right and ofcourse they never have any extra crispy....go figure.
Some of the worst service I've ever experienced short of verbal abuse. There appears to be four people in the back, but no one at the counter. Sporks are not restocked, no ketchup or sauce without asking and fountain machine is broken. We were serveddiet drinks, but attendant was gone as we needed to ask for a refill with regular. We were able to grab ice cream spoons frombehind the sneeze shield instead of Sporks so that was okay. We finally shouted for attention to get BBQ sauce and ketchup. They gave us BBQ then left. Where's the ketchup? Terrible. If you need your KFC and A&W fix, go somewhere else.
