Maybe I thought that this place would change but, I'm fooling myself. Poor customer service (if that's even a thing anymore), order is never right and ofcourse they never have any extra crispy....go figure.

The food not only tasted old and bad but was put in the bag sideways and upside down to where it spilled. The famous bowl was filled half full instead ofcompletely full like every other time I've gotten it. The only good thing I can say about this visit was the two girls that weretaking orders and running the window were very nice.

Sporks are not re... read more Some of the worst service I've ever experienced short of verbal abuse. There appears to be four people in the back, but no one at the counter. Sporks are not restocked, no ketchup or sauce without asking and fountain machine is broken. We were serveddiet drinks, but attendant was gone as we needed to ask for a refill with regular. We were able to grab ice cream spoons frombehind the sneeze shield instead of Sporks so that was okay. We finally shouted for attention to get BBQ sauce and ketchup. They gave us BBQ then left. Where's the ketchup? Terrible. If you need your KFC and A&W fix, go somewhere else.

We dined in at... read more We stopped by A&W Restaurant on our road trip from Salt Lake City to Arches National Park. It was a nice surprise to find KFC items on the menu. We dined in at a big table, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed a relaxing lunch before continuing our journey. The restroom door was a bit out of order, and overall, the restroom could use better cleaning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Also recieved 5 nuggets with a famous bowl? Sad... no wonder the A&W in draper closed. Where's the love? Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
