Arby's - Riverton
Arby's
Description
This Arby’s serves reliable fast‑food classics with standout moments — friendly, attentive staff and a smooth drive‑thru — yet experiences vary. Some guests praise clean dining areas and proactive management, while others report greasy or scant sandwiches, old fries, slow service, and occasional order issues. Limited lobby hours and discontinued sauces frustrate regulars. Expect casual, quick meals that can be excellent when the kitchen and crew are on point, but uneven at times.

Arby’s is that strange cousin at the reunion that you don’t see often, but when you do, they show up with curly fries and a bag of jalapeño poppers like, “Trust me, you’ll thank me later.” And they’re rightexcept the large poppers only come with one berry sauce. Like Arby’s expects me to ration dipping sauce between bites like it’s the Great Depression. And don’t get me started on the Three Pepper Sauce. Whoever decided to discontinue that needs to be fired. It was the Beyoncé of fast food sauces—spicy, smooth, perfectly drool worthy. Now I’m stuck with regular Arby’s Sauce, which is nostalgic, sure, but still tastes like ketchup and BBQ had a weird baby no one wants to acknowledge at family gatherings. The food? Still good. The vibes? Still okay. Arby’s is that chain you make fun of until you’re secretly in the drive-thru at lunch. We have the meats? Yeah, but you killed my sauce, and my heart with it. The ham and Swiss melt that I see someone else has reviewed looked exactly like the ones I got pretty much inedible and nasty and ended up throwing majority of it away super disappointing.. then I order the cheesesteak on doordash which used to be really good last time they had it but arrived completely covered in grease all over the the bun and with nasty steak bits that looked like dog food couldn’t even get past one bite.. what happened to this location :
The Riverton Arby's sucks. Old curly fries, absolute poverty portion of meat in the roast beef. I used to work fast food when I was a teenager, you really have to not care to serve bad food Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
We always enjoy outstanding service every time we visit. I do wish the lobby was open a bit more frequently, but the drive-thru operates smoothly, and they consistently get our orders correct.
I found the service at the drive-thru to be rather impatient. They seemed to expect me to know my order as soon as I arrived, and they kept asking every 10 seconds if I was ready, even after I told them I would let them know when I was. It was quite frustrating! The curly fries were stale and fell apart easily. My Coke had an off taste, and my beef and cheddar sandwich looked like it was put together by a three-year-old in a hurry. I won’t be returning to this location.
