I attempted to order a pizza on 5/13 at 8:26 PM. The person I spoke with asked for my phone number, which I provided, informing him that I was from Colorado. He then asked if I knew the name of the restaurant I was ordering from, to which I answered yes. He instructed me to pay with a card over the phone, to which I agreed. After hanging up, I called back and asked where he was located. He mentioned that people were not picking up their pizzas. I had to provide my postal code in Riverside, CA before he would serve me. I checked online and found a pizza place nearby, only 7 minutes away. I questioned the guy about the complicated process, to which he responded that he would not serve me and told me to find another place to eat before hanging up. This was an unfortunate experience, especially when trying to feed my family for the night. All I wanted was a simple pepperoni pizza.
Best pizza!!!! The crust was crunchy and the topping for the supreme where amazing! Wish I lived closer so I could eat it all the time!
I have ordered pizza to go several times, but decided to dine in for my son's birthday. When I arrived, I asked if the restaurant was open and was told yes. I ordered pizza and inquired about drinks. I was only informed about the soda fountain. When I asked about purchasing two-liter drinks, I was told they were only available for delivery orders since they were low on stock. How can a restaurant advertise dine-in service but not have cups available? I told my son he could go next door to buy two-liter drinks, but the owner rudely interjected that we couldn't bring outside drinks in. Additionally, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. It was clear that the owner did not want diners in the restaurant. He was cheap and impolite. We took our pizza to go and I will never order from there again. My son's birthday was ruined by this experience.
Horrible experience the owner is a joke. Very confrontational because they burnt the pizza
