When I called to ask about it, they explained that this is how they prepare it since they don't use heavy breading. They should rethink the sandwich's name on their menu. I won’t be coming back.

I was s... read more I checked their menu online to get an idea of what I wanted and the cost. When I got to the drive-thru to place my order, I was told it would be $47.00. I was shocked because the website said I could get the same items for $20.00. They told me their prices had gone up, so I canceled my order and drove off. That price increase is just too much. I love KFC, but I don’t like their new prices.
