My fiancé and I were trying to place a quick dinner order, but the woman at the drive-through was incredibly rude. I asked for a spicy famous bowl, and she aggressively demanded to know what I wanted to drink, despite me already saying "brisk." We were so frustrated that we decided not to continue with our order and left immediately. This was the final straw for us; we've had recurring issues with our orders in the past and had hoped for a better experience this time, but that didn't happen. My fiancé enjoys his Papa burgers, which is why we chose this location for a mix of options, but after today, we're done.

I was shocked because the website said I could get the same items for $20.00. They told me their prices had gone up, so I canceled my order and drove off. That price increase is just too much. I love KFC, but I don’t like their new prices.
