Mcdonald's - River Hill

Served us 2 orders of old cold fries. They brought new ones when asked but you could see just by looking at them the first ones should not have been served. The rest of the food was good. As usual now No one stands at register and had to wait for someone to come back to place Togo order for family members at home.

No fault of them own just a lot of cars in the drive thru slowd everything down

Where do I begin. I was an employee and I was wrongfully terminated. I am 25 years old and I was looking for a job to provide for my family . I was working under a supervisor named Ablabi and let’s just say she was not the easiest to deal with. Ablabi would often talk down to me and laugh at how I speak. She often bumps into me on some aggressive behavior. After doing this so many times. I eventually informed her hey do you notice that you keep bumping into me and not apologizing for this. She sucks her teeth and say I don’t care. When I go to the restroom she follows me and pretty much supervises my bathroom breaks. Her behavior is now affecting my relationships that I have with the other supervisors. If someone speaks up for themselves she clocks us out. I am mentally exhausted with the behavior of the crew here. I want justice! I will be observing this behavior and I am seeking criminal justice.

Just ok. Very inconsistent service. Ordered a fish fillet with McFlurry and the top wasn’t put on completely. Spilled McFlurry in my car. Paid for a large fry and doesn’t even look like they gave me enough fries for a medium.

I visit this MCD regularly and they always have fresh hot food, even when going through the drive thru
