The boss who also does the service is very friendly and gives good advice on your choices if you are unsure. We ate an excellent raclette, the quantity of cold meats and cheese was there, we had taken two and we had difficulty finishing. I highly recommend this very friendly address! The cuisine is sophisticated and tasty, the service is perfect and chef Franck is super friendly. In short, we loved it! The Belgians. Update 2024. L'extrade is more than ever the best restaurant in Risoul. Franck has won us over again with his cuisine, his welcome and his sense of sharing. In short, we loved it again! The Belgians.
