The employee forgot to add the extra scoop of ice cream to my large milkshake. Although the manager noticed this issue, neither of them took the initiative to fix my drink. Additionally, the manager used her unclean hands to add more shavings on top of the whipped cream, which was concerning. My milkshake turned out to be watery, and for over $11, I expected much better. They clearly knew it wasn't up to standard but still served it to me. I won't be returning!

My favorite flavor is the ube red velvet.

When I called the store, I spoke with a staff member who mentioned that they received complaints about the cupcakes being too sweet, which is why they reduced the frosting in light of the new location opening. I've been visiting the Ripon location since it opened a few years ago and have always enjoyed the delicious cupcakes. However, paying more for less cupcake is frustrating.

We... read more My wife and mother came in to order a cake from here and we were told they only take orders via Instagram which seemedunprofessional but wasn 't a big deal. We messaged all the details we wanted included for the cake. We didn 't request anything extravagant, just a simple gender reveal cake with colored layers inside and some words on it. When my parents picked up the cake for us, it didn 't have the words we wanted on it and didn 't have the colored layers that we requested. My mom addressed the issues when she picked it up and they said that it wasn 't requested. My mom showed them the message was submitted as PROOF and they STILL did nothing about it. They just said oh sorry . Didnt offer to fix the issue or offer anything to help at all. It was $100 for the cake and was not what we wanted at all. It was a very unprofessional place and I would not recommend it.

Just a basic cupcake with different flavored frostings and toppings. They weren’t dry, but they weren’t extra moist either—they were just okay. I’ll go back and try the ice cream next time before I completely scratch this place off my “go-to” list, but I definitely wouldn’t go back for cupcakes. :
