I just left Taco Bell’s drive-thru and when I got home, I found ants all over the bag and inside the food. I tried calling to explain, but the person on the line hung up and now isn’t answering. I’m not looking to cause a scene, but now I have to go back out to deal with this. Really disappointing, especially considering their menu usually has great options. SMH.

This Taco Bell location’s dine-in area is never open. It’s currently 5:55 PM, and they’re only taking orders through the drive-thru window. I’m unable to order because I drive a semi truck, and they won’t let me order since I’m not in a car. This is the third time this has happened in the last two months. The employees here are rude and unprofessional. This location doesn’t even deserve one star.

I would give this Taco Bell a zero stars. I ordered a pizza meal with dorito tacos. I live in Ripon so it took me 3 minutes to get home. I open my bag Once I was home and ants all in my taco I had to throw it away. I called Taco Bell. They would notanswer by the fifth time they answered and when I was explaining about seeing all the ants in my bag the lady hung up on me. Icalled right back. They answered and hung up on me again. I am definitely going above them and calling corporation. This wasridiculous. Do not eat at this Taco Bell

You really have to try hard to get 1-star with me. Where to begin. Ordering in the drive through: 1) out of sausage for the breakfast boxes; 2) coffee machine was broken so we ordered a Dr Pepper but they were out of that, too. Ordered a bottle ofwater instead...no bottles of water so we were given a cup of water. 3) Ordered some sort of red drink for one of the kids butthat was unavailable, too 4) forgot to give us a drink until reminded before we pulled away 5) we pulled away foolishly withoutchecking our order. I get a little anxious thinking I'm holding up the people behind me. But, they forgot 2 out of the 3 ordersof Cinnabon things along with napkins and sauces 6) parked in the parking lot for the wife to go in because she's more patientbut the lobby was closed soooo we waited back in the drive thru 7) finally got up to the window and explained that they forgot 2orders of the Cinnabon bites. An employee hands us one bag containing two little Cinnabon bites. Not sure how many are supposedto come in a order but the bag they initially gave us had 5. Explained this to the employee who looked lost 8) asked for themanager who eventually came to the window. She explained that they must have put all 3 orders in one bag which didn't makesense. She then gave us cinnamon twists because I'm assuming they were out of Cinnabons which would have made sense since theywere out of everything else From start to finish, this experience was a cluster f and it'll be the last time we visit thisstore we drive by weekly.

Riddle me this TacoBell. You build a location directly nextdoor to 2 truck stops and 2 truck repair shops. 3 of the 4 are open 24/7 with drivers coming and going all night. How is it that when I checked at 20:10 the front doors are locked? 'OK whatever 'I say to myself and then go to the drive-through on foot because I can 't fit my 70+ft semi truck in your driveway. The girl atthe window said she wouldn 't take my order because it wasn 't safe. I 'm a woman myself and can understand the front door closedafter a certain hour. But to lock the door and then not do business with the truck drivers who all have to go over on foot onlyto be refused is ridiculous. When a huge portion of your money comes from drivers and then to actively rebuff them is asinine.
