I absolutely love Round Table; it's m... read more I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about, but wow, this was one of the best Round Table pizzas I've ever had! I absolutely love Round Table; it's my favorite fast food pizza and I eat it all the time. Since moving to Modesto from the Bay Area a few years ago, I’ve been going back and forth between two Round Table locations. I had a free pizza coupon that was only valid at the Ripon location, so we decided to give it a try for the first time. Oh my goodness! This pizza was outstanding. The sauce had a bit more spice than usual, which I really enjoyed. The toppings were generous and well-distributed, and it was cooked perfectly. I'm definitely a believer now—I'll be visiting the Ripon Round Table from here on out! Even the leftovers the next day were amazing!

However, in the last couple of years, we'... read more We have been residents of Ripon since 2007 and have consistently been loyal customers of Round Table during that time. However, in the last couple of years, we've noticed a decline in both service and quality. I'm not sure if there have been new owners, but things have definitely gotten worse. I awarded one star mainly because when I called to express my concerns, the manager attempted to rectify the situation by sending out a new pizza. Unfortunately, these issues seem to be recurring. We might have to consider switching to Pizza Plus or Mountain Mike's.

It took over an hour and a half for two medium pizzas and some wings, even though we were told it would be ready in 45 minutes. We live just five minutes away, and when I called, they said they couldn’t reach the driver, so there was no estimate for delivery. Not sure why we keep ordering from here. The person on the phone was polite and offered a discount, which was nice. I’m seriously considering canceling my order and choosing somewhere else. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend getting pizza from Round Table Pizza. My son even wanted to give them half a star. On another family pizza night, we waited at least 30 minutes and only one new pizza arrived; the other four were there when we got there, so no idea how old they were. The pizza was cold. The salad ran out, and the servers didn’t refill it until we asked. It felt so different from last week—wondering if there’s a new manager. Previous visit during a family buffet night was also frustrating. We came because it’s usually quick and budget-friendly for kids, but at 5:20, only three pizzas were out even though one or two full pizza spots were available. This isn’t the first time service has been poor. Also, what’s going on with the prices? Last time, two large pizzas cost $65. The Round Table Pizza menu used to be better in terms of both service and value.
