Rosalba's Mexican - Ripon

By the truck stop, about an hour before closing on a Saturday night. They had their hurry and could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I felt like home. Enormous Michelada, suddenly the day didn't seem so bad.

It went over by pilot and it was worth it. Food was excellent. Very friendly staff and authentic Mexican food for the same kind of price tag as Denny's. Burrito was huge. It was worth the short walk without a doubt...and I got a vanilla ice cream on the way back to the truck, woman got some starbucks on the way in... all in a good afternoon for our 34 :

Your salsa is unique and to die for! Everything seemed homemade and delicious.. I have a combination plate to go with a shredded beef hard taco and a shredded chicken and cheese enchilada. Both meats were tenderly and moistly pulled apart. He even boxed the hard taco separately so it didn't get all soggy from the rest of the food. I definitely go back!

Delicious! The Michelada was there! I have a Coctel de Camarones to go one day.. Service was great. The guy didn't forget. Packages of Tapatio, ketchup, crackers, lemons.the works. So I went back today and tried the menu item. Taste like at home. I'm a truck driver far from home, so it was a big deal to me.

Nice quite, Clean. Food is Okay. Personal is very friendly. Place is next to Starbucks Coffee. If you want have home made Mexican food this is place for you. Every order comes with free chips and salsa
