The Food was fantastic however the service was awful. We watched the waitress run a million miles an hour while the manager was sitting at a table conversing with friends. We finished our experience 3 hours later not by choice. The restaurantwasn't even busy. The only thing giving this restaurant any stars at all was the food was amazing. I felt sorry for thewaitress But the manager Was a joke.
We went for dinner last evening and ordered steak, chicken fettuccine, margarita pizza another grilled chicken pizza. We were so disappointed with everything. Pasta pizzas were so salty that it ruined our taste. It almost felt like we were just eatingsalt . Steak wasn?t worth the money. They served a tiny piece and charged almost $50 for it. You can buy a whole meal for 2 inthat price. And it wasn?t even tender. So disappointed. Although staff was friendly, service was good sitting area is nice butWill never ???????? go back
We ordered food to go from the website. I ordered the risotto. Which I have had before and was great. I got to the restaurant to pick it up and the receipt said seafood risotto. I told the manager that that was not what I ordered and he said the menu hadchanged. I was leery and took it anyways. It was horrible. I am so glad that I also ordered the polenta and meatballs so I atethat. So disappointed because the meal cost me $100!!
Step up your game and visit this nice gem in Ripon. Great date destination. Dress up, come out for a great cocktail meal then relax to the live music. It is pricey but I feel our meals were worth it. I would have liked a little more food for the pricebut not a place I'm going to everyday and I didn't pay for the dinner. Lol.
For this visit, I ordered the Meatball Polenta appetizer. The first time I had it, it was one of my favorites, but this time it was just pretty good and seemed to be missing that special something. However, the fresh focaccia that came with it was a perfect match. As for the main courses, I ordered the Maine Lobster Ravioli while my friend opted for the Ribeye. Interestingly, my friend, who is usually easy to impress, didn’t have much to say, which is telling. My Lobster Ravioli was rich and delicious, but as much as I enjoyed it at first, it quickly became one-note and overwhelming without any balance. We decided to skip dessert at the restaurant and instead get ice cream at a place nearby. I do wish Fina could reach the level of excellence I experienced during my first visit, but this last meal wasn’t a bad send-off. I'm still glad I had the chance to visit one last time. If there's one lesson to take away from this experience, it's that if there's a restaurant you've been wanting to try or one you loved that has declined, make the time to go. You never know how long it will be around.
