Although I had to... read more I stopped by during the late-night shift, which can be challenging with minimal staff, but both the waiter and the cook did an excellent job. Although I had to wait a bit to place my order, I appreciated that the cook wanted to ensure everything was cooked right rather than rush things and serve subpar food. I took some time to relax while reading a book and sipping coffee, and I didn't mind the wait because the food was well worth it. The late-night cook clearly takes pride in their work. The crepes were light, fluffy, and had just the right hint of crispiness at the edges, topped with delicious strawberries. The eggs were great, cooked perfectly, with a nice texture. The hash browns were crispy, flavorful, and held together well without falling apart. The bacon was cooked just right—crispy but still tender, not overly brittle. They even provided water for my service dog and were very kind about it. I enjoyed my book, finished my coffee, and lingered until I felt ready to leave. If you get the chance, definitely give it a try; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised too!

Maybe pass on the pot roast? *Update* we ate multiple meals here over our 34 and everything was spot on. That sizzling spicy dinner skillet was surprisingly tasty and of course my wife was very very happy that they had that salmon. It's hard to get from what I hear. So to wrap it up they must have tightened up that kitchen. I have to mention the wait staff was wonderful everytime I have been here.

Got Sheri. Just as good as Jeanette, but she picked on me more...which is a good thing! : 1st visit, Oct.18 2020: Jeanette and a clean restaurant. Jeanette and fast service. Jeanette and good food! My waitress, yes, it wasJeanette, stood out in this visit. I frequently stop at Denny's everywhere in the country. The quality and value at these stopsvary widely. This store; definitely in that upper third. The things you want... food that comes out hot, restaurant that is keptswept with no sticky tables, and a staff that is courteous are found here in Ripon. Jeanette is responsible for a lot of that inthis review...because I appreciate those who help road warriors feel like a regular when we drop in for perhaps even our firstvisit ever which it was for me . Stuff like that goes a long way in starting the day out right. I had the chorizo skillet. Gotpancakes instead of toast, and was made to feel welcomed in just sitting back and relaxing after the meal. I called to make a pick-up order, but they don't accept phone orders after 10 PM. The item I wanted is available on the full menu, but I can't order it online. I'm curious about what changes at 10 PM that makes phone orders unavailable. The staff member who answered the phone suggested I could come in to place a to-go order, saying it would only take a short time. However, after a long day at the hospital, I was hoping to make things easier for myself and avoid waiting by going inside. The policy about phone orders after 10 PM seems strange to me. I’ve decided to head to Jack in the Box instead.
