You can instantaneously tell the food was made with love when you see your plate. It’s the only place I’d stop, if you’re traveling through Rio Hondo for under $5.. the breakfast tacos are large delicious! You also can’t go wrong with their everyday fajita plate and fish plate special on Friday’s View all feedback.
What R H doesn't like about Noelia's:
I have been over charged a few times. Food was good, service was OK. Just keep eye out when it comes to the bill. The servers need to fully know the menu. They tend to charge items separate when there a plate of the contents you're asking for. View all feedback.
Delicious food and very friendly staff to repeat for sure. Recommended 100% ?

Great, cozy little place. The hosts are very nice and the service is prompt. The food is inexpensive and very tasty! We will definitely go back.
I decided to try this place for lunch after reading their rave reviews. Kinda disappointed at the lack luster food. Tables don't receive chips and salsa in normal Mexican restaurant fashion. The sweet tea tasted like the bag had been brewed through a few times. The food was quite tasteless.
Worst restaurant I've been to in 15 years. Barbacoa plate was $8.99 and didn't even make a taco. Eggs were raw. Potatoes were at least a day old. Spent $20 for 2 barbacoa plates and 1 pancake for my son who was scared of the rude hostess.
