This used to be my favorite iHop! Quality has definitely gone down since COVID and it has never been the same. My big steak omelet is not big anymore, and everything was overcooked. The egg was not soft and fluffy, it was dry and thin. Mushrooms and steak were also overcooked and black. It still did not taste bad, but it used to be way better. ALSO they no longer carry the Harvest Grain Pancakes. So I got regular buttermilk and they were also overcooked. They were not as fluffy and soft on the outside than the middle part. Not sure if the cook was using too much heat or forgot he left everything on the stove and got distracted. We were the only customers in the whole store on a Thursday around 3pm. We were wondering what happened to all the customers, and now we know why. I am sorry to sat that this will be my last time going to ihop. Dennys is still holding it down and will have to go to them for pancakes.

I especially enjoy their crepes, as they... read more In my opinion, IHOP restaurants consistently have comfortable seating, excellent service, and reliably delicious food. I especially enjoy their crepes, as they are hard to find at other restaurants. My wife and I visit IHOP five or six times a year, and we are never disappointed. This particular location lived up to our expectations and we would definitely recommend it. Overall, a solid thumbs up.

She reassured us that her manager, JC "Juan Carlos," would personally prepare a new one. We commend JC and Chris for their exceptional service and willingness to take on any task.

Ever since they opened the other one on Ed Carrey we go to that one. It's 100 times better than this one by Wal-Mart.
