You can instantaneously tell the food was made with love when you see your plate. It’s the only place I’d stop, if you’re traveling through Rio Hondo for under $5.. the breakfast tacos are large delicious! You also can’t go wrong with their everyday fajita plate and fish plate special on Friday’s View all feedback. What R H doesn't like about Noelia's:
I have been over charged a few times. Food was good, service was OK. Just keep eye out when it comes to the bill. The servers need to fully know the menu. They tend to charge items separate when there a plate of the contents you're asking for. View all feedback.
