I didn't catch any names, but the team working on March 27th around 1:30 PM could benefit from a reminder to stay focused. There were four staff members present, yet I never even placed my order because the line wasn't moving at all. It was clear they were spending more time talking than preparing the customers' sandwiches.

Me and my son walked in to get him a sandwich before taking him into school after a doc appt. The door never closed, the bell didn't stop ringing before the STORE MANAGER was coming around the corner yelling at us to leave because an employee got into a finder bender and they were just getting there to open (at 10am). OPEN light was on, no note on the door, and as mentioned, the door wasn't locked. This is one place we will never return to. Him and his wife are extremely rude. I'll make the drive to Springfield.
