My food arrived after everyone was finished with their food. It arrived burnt and overcooked. They told me that this particular dish takes longer, but I've gotten this many other times before, and I've never had this issue. No one ever came over to ask me how my food was when it finally arrived. Management refused to do anything except take a drink off my check, and they were not very nice. El Real and El Potro have... Jalapeños in rincon stays try to eat the call of the restaurant for fast service and quality. I have eaten at several locations and has never been disappointed. great eating, fabulous staff and a family-friendly environment.
