The tea was... read more We visited this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday and were so impressed that we came back for lunch during the week while visiting from out of town. The tea was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. There was a wide variety of options on the menu, making it a place that you'll want to return to again and again. The scones were a particular highlight! The tuna sandwich and mushroom soup were both tasty, and the prices were very reasonable considering the elegant presentation. Even my 11-year-old daughter, who is not typically into "girly" things, declared it her favorite place to eat. This is not a place to go if you're in a rush, as they are not trying to be a fast food establishment. It's a fantastic spot to have a leisurely meal and catch up with friends, enjoy a mother-daughter lunch, or simply unwind with a cup of tea and scones. We will definitely be returning every time we are in town. I wish I could transport this place to my home for my daughter's birthday party.

The food was excellent, but it was the exceptional service that truly made our experience wonderful. We loved the food, tea, ambiance, and the staff. I strongly suggest trying High Biscuits for tea or a special event.

My daughter was served a miniature version of my tea set up, and a perfect arrangement of fruit, sandwich, and tea cookies. Everything had a really sweet personal touch. We have a new favorite spot!
