Buffalo Wild Wings - Ridgeland

Going to a restaurant at 11:30 should not take a group of 6 two and a half hours to finish lunch. The food was barely warm when it was delivered. Both service and food are hit or miss. In previous experiences, I have had outstanding food and service at this location. This past visit was not one of those times.

Waitress was rushing… Soon as we sat down she asked what we was eating before even taking drink order… Put order in for water and two beers… Water made it to the table first so we go ahead and order food… Food makes it to the table still no beers… Asked her about it and she finally go get them and didn’t want to bring them to our table… Drinks was in three different people hand’s before they got to us… When she came back to check to see was everything is fine she stood so far away that we had to raise our voice to let her know that we was fine… The table behind us she was up close and personal with them… She came back to our table again but had our receipt like was ready to go or we was finished… She never gave her name but she was the waitress for the people outside…

Ok so I have to tell you guys to DEFINITELY come here! Keith the manager goes above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Additionally, Kendall our server was the bomb! Food is off the chain and my drink is made to perfection. Highly recommend! Thanks guy!

Holly the bartender is nothing short of amazing. Upon pulling into the parking lot at 10pm my engine blew up in my car. I walked into the bar frustrated and she asked me what’s wrong. She didn’t have to do that it was an hour before close I didn’t expect even a hello because as a bartender myself I despise latecomers. Well I told her my entire engine blew up in the parking lot and that’s when the magic happened. Lo and behold Holly went out to the parking lot and had my engine completely pulled out and replaced in 15 minutes flat. Then I realized that I had left my baby in the car and she was gone. Holly went and got me a new baby!!! All jokes aside, Holly provided exceptional service to us latecomers coming in for a nightcap after work. She smiled the entire time and was quick. Nothing but great things to say about her!

3 for service, 5 for atmosphere menu variety; 2 on food quality. Okay let 's go ahead and tell the truth if not for the sauces those wings would be trash. Sauces are fabulous but the meat is white folks seasoning bland .
