For instance, the fryer was in desperate need o... read more During my time there, I felt like the only one who truly understood how to properly clean the kitchen equipment. For instance, the fryer was in desperate need of proper cleaning, but no one else seemed to know how to tackle that. Throughout my culinary career, I’ve worked alongside many so-called “experienced cooks,” and I have NEVER seen anyone use dishes that had been left out overnight to begin cooking the next day. It was utterly disgusting, and the memories of what I saw there still haunt me. I just hope that whoever is currently in charge of the kitchen knows how to effectively manage it. Period.

The burgers, chicken s... read more We are currently staying at Priest Gulch and decided to give this place a try for dinner. It was so good that we returned the next night! The burgers, chicken strips, and wings were all incredibly delicious! The live music also contributed to a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
