We had arranged to meet for drinks, but made the mistake of meeting on a day when there was big-screen football, so it was very noisy. The staff were quite helpful over a move from the table we had reserved. Drinks were fine, the tables are kept clean, and the pub seems bright and characterful. View all feedback.

Expensive for what it is, understand the price of beer. But the chips were £5 and took 40 minutes to arrive, with a handful in a small metallic cup.
