Nat... read more I made a reservation a week ahead to celebrate my son’s birthday. We arrived exactly on time and were told the table was not ready but should be in minutes. Naturally, they ushered us upstairs to the bar where we waited minutes. They blamed the situation on diners staying later than expected. After it became apparent they had probably given our table up shortly before our reservation and arrival time, we were given seats upstairs in the bar. Christine, the bartender and food server, was great and handled the situation well. The food was great. However, whoever is responsible for managing reservations and seating is either incompetent or irresoponsible

Then was told that investor was sitting at table.... read more Made a reservation for a special occasion for on a Saturday night. Was told table would be ready minutes late. Then was told that investor was sitting at table. At minutes, hostess told me that they had check. At minutes was told that they ordered more drinks. We left at Lots of sorry's from hostess, but no solution to the problem. Investors should realize that the investment won't pay off if you anger customers.
