Today I was under a lot of stress and in a hurry so decided to make an order for pickup. I didn't realize I chose the wrong pickup place. As soon as I noticed my mistake, I asked an employee what I could do. The manager and the employees worked as a team to get my order and they contacted the other location to cancel my original order in my name. I've been sick for a few days and didn't feel like cooking, so I took a chance and ordered some comfort food from Panera, a place I usually don't often. It was the worst tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich of my life. The soup tasted like raw tomato. The sandwich was made from two end pieces. Dry and over toasted. Too hard to chew. Our family has eaten here, many times. And I am sorry, but this place is now terrible, needs new management badly. Food has gone downhill, friendliness is non-existent. AND MOST astonishing it is FILTHY!!! One of the dirtiest restaurants I have been to in the last 3 years. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
