What Chris M doesn't like about Casa Cafe Mexican Grill:
First time trying the place. It will be the last. We were seated quickly. That was it though. Two other tables had their drink orders taken and we were never even given a waiter or waitress as far as we know. No one ever came to the table.After a 3rd table was seated and we still had no waiter, we left. Maybe a bad day for them, but it takes 2 seconds to at least say hey, I'm your waitress.Atmosphere was okay though. View all feedback.
We order here alot for our business. However today was awful the food was cold and wrong, the person at the front check out was extremely rude. When I called to talk to the manager the one that checked us out said he was the manager but with his attitude he does not need to be in management period. Never asked did we want a refund nor did he offer to replace the wrong orders. I gave them a 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave a review or they wouldn't have gotten that.
I was asked for my drink order. He came back with that and no chips or. salsa. Left and came back with chips/salsa. Left, came got my order. Food was brought promptly but tacos were cold. No tomatoes. Dry and stale. I asked for my check and paid for the rice/beans. I’ll never return
An all around good place for Mexican food has the exact same dishes as every other Mexican place. On your birthday there's free fried ice-cream so that's a plus.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and free ice cream if it's a birthday.
I went for lunch, the service was fast they got me in and out quickly so I appreciate that. A two taco lunch meal is ten dollars but the portions of rice and beans are huge plus you get the chips and salsa. Only reason it's not five stars, the taco shells were stale, not stale enough to complain, I ate them. But, not fresh. Oh and if I were being picky the seats in the booths are cracking and falling apart.
I personal rating scale is 1 to 10 with 10 being top dinning experience and 5 being McDonald's and below that I most likely didn't finish and left very unsatisfied. I said that to say this. Solid 4 at best. Enchilada rubbery corn tortilla and barely seasoned steak with store bought sauce. Rice and beans neither that great either. Overall it was a disappointment ?
