What Mariane Block doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This situation is very downhill last year. More often than not, they lack standard food to go with your order. No beans this week. Last time it wasn't a white rice. Before it was no Fajitas or acid cream. And it's not like I'm going close for 15 minutes. In the busiest times of the day until 1:00 and 7:00 until 8:00, they are ALWAYS from something. Chips were a little salty and some were super stale, but the burrito was fantastic.
This was not what I ordered not doubled wrapped no beans no salsa no sour cream! absolutely not what I ordered paid extra for double wrap.
My Burrito Bowl was cold. There apos;s barely any meat in it. The Chips Queso Blanco was just as bad. Only enough chips to cover the bottom, the queso was cold and grainy.
Did not get my chips and there was no fajitas on my food.
They dont put enough ingredients in the bowl. They once sent me an order with meat only. Once I ordered 9 tacos and I only got 3.
