Got recommended to try another not expensive Taiwanese restaurant which is also close to Sheraton/Hilton/Marriott hotels around 10 minutes walk. The owner and his wife are all from Taiwan and the special beef noodle soup is a superb! I was leaving the Richmond Public Market and fell upon the Newton Beef Noodle House so I peeked into the window (as is my practice before patronizing a new restaurant).
