It's confusing to order a new person coming into the shop but, the food was quite delicious. The sandwiches are warm and fresh with really a good selection of toppings. The place had a nice feel to it and welcoming. The Italian was my favorite and was good with the thin sliced pickles. View all feedback.
What Cole C doesn't like about Potbelly:
Asked for a soup and got ignored for about 10 minutes, and i was the only customer in there. It doesnt take a hour to make a soup and grab a coke. Good communication is a must in this industry. Maybe consider hiring people that dont know each other. View all feedback.

This place is completely unorganized! This cashier decides before it’s time for me to pay to have me waiting on him to restock things. I was sitting there for like 8 mins! And I ordered 2 cups of soup and they forgot one. Ugh My first and last time at this location.
Sandwich excellent , potato soup wow so good , fabulous malt.
I went to potbelly Sunday November 19th about 2pm. I don't know the guys name but he had a hat on turned to the side.He was fixing a sandwich and we stood there over five minutes. He never gave us no eye contact, he did speak or say I'll be right with you. We left. That's not good Customer service at all. He need more training!!! I will never go there again!!
The soup I ordered was cold when I got it they didn’t add cheese as they said they did. And they made us pay before we even had our sandwiches made so we couldn’t choose additional toppings. I want a
