I only took away one star because the reviews indicate that the customer experience can vary, and the owner's responses often seem defensive. I genuinely like the food, but a little humility would go a long way.

The steamed chicken dumplings and fried beef dumplings both lacked flavor and had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty dish rag—likely from the staff cleaning nearby with a worn cloth. The sauces that accompanied them were indescribable: I’ve never tasted anything like them, and certainly not in a good way. The shrimp fried rice was particularly disappointing as it contained no shrimp at all. Additionally, I found the Uber Eats menu somewhat misleading; I expected to receive multiple egg rolls based on the picture, but I actually received just two. I chose to try this place because of the numerous glowing reviews, and I'm truly baffled by how it has earned so many five-star ratings.
