I was really disappointed because my first visit to this location had been quite good, but I won't be returning. It's a hit-or-miss situation, so potential customers should be cautious. In response to the owner: I didn't mention anything about race, so I'm unsure why you brought that up. I was willing to wait because I expected the same high-quality food I had enjoyed three months ago. It seemed like you were overwhelmed and on edge. If you can't manage larger orders and still provide good service, that's unfortunate. Also, you only provided me with a cup of water for a drink. I will be requesting a refund because my order was incomplete. Please don't take offense to my honest review; just aim to improve.

First of all... read more I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. I pass by it every day on my way home from work, and I thought I’d give it a try. First of all, the dining area was messy and dirty. Secondly, I had to wait five minutes for the woman in the kitchen to come out and take my order, and she was apparently wearing her pajamas. To top it all off, I found a hair in my fried rice, which was the last straw for me. This place definitely needs a visit from a health inspector urgently.

I only took away one star because the reviews indicate that the customer experience can vary, and the owner's responses often seem defensive. I genuinely like the food, but a little humility would go a long way.

Orange chicken was soggy, I requested sauce on the side and they wrote a note saying that because they changed the chef they can?t put the sauce on the side. How does that make any sense unless thechicken is just sitting there already cooked? also alarming that my Uber driver picked up the food and dropped it off all withina 14 minute window. There?s no way there?s time to cook fresh food and deliver it 10 minutes away, in 14 minutes.

(That odor you smell when staff are wiping tables around you with a heavily used rag). The sauces for both wereindescribable. I've never tasted anything quite like them, and not in a good way. The shrimp fried rice had no shrimp in it. TheUber Eats menu is a little deceptive ordered what I thought were two orders of several egg rolls per the picture, it wasexactly two egg rolls. I chose to try this place because of all the reviews here and I can't fathom how there are hundreds of 5star reviews.
