Total disappointment, on Tuesday August 22 I took friends from Madrid to have a drink after a wonderful walk through the area, we had thought of having a snack, but the waiter, the waiters who were in the afternoon, of course, had no idea what What is the hotel business and especially in a place that was exquisite before, poorly served, poor attention and the wardrobe... it leaves a lot to be desired, it gives me the impression that it was attended by the typical kids who seek life in summer to earn a few bucks, without a doubt it is not their fault, untrained staff and I suppose cheap staff, tremendous mistake by the owners! Without a doubt I will not return, I was expecting the exquisite treatment and service of previous stages, a pity that they charge a wonderful place in a Fascinating environment
The food is very tasty but go with a somewhat full wallet. The three stars are for the unprofessional and rude (no offense) bald waiter. When a colleague of his made a mistake and said that we could sit at the table, he came running and almost shouting who has given you this table, who has given you this table . People like you are what lower the quality has been like this.
Nice stay with a group of friends Good and fresh fish and delicious shellfish You can select the piece of fish you are going to eat
When you enter Benboa you think oh this is a nice place but good decor doesn 't make up for mediocre food and service. The croquetas were salty. The chuleton (meat) was overcooked eventhough we asked for it to be rare. It was difficult to get the server 's attention. The headwaiter somewhat rudely pushed us out at 10.30. And if you are trying to have a fancy place, the least you can do is put toilet paper in the bathrooms.
Bemboa is a must just for the location and the design of the place, so you must go there at least for a drink. It is also an excellent place for food, but not probably for big groups as we did as they get a bit lost with too many people. Food is excellent: either braised local fish, T-Bone steak, great starters or delicious home made desserts (cheese cake is amazing and totally different to the usual one). Service good although -again- overloaded when the place is crowded. Tip: you must check the bathrooms...so cool! Illustration: 1,8kg T-Bone steak for 70€.
