Was Dagmar Morissette at Dunkin' a mag?
The coffee that was advertised looked like a hot coffee, so I ordered it after I said I was there in a while. Felt as if they were angry with me, but they never said how hey, that's a cold coffee or something. It was still good, so I'm not too mad. I just felt rushed and didn't feel like I got what I wanted. Not a Dunkin person at all, but needed a quick caffeine infusion during shift. Ordered a hot chai tea latte which was just warm, and also tastes awful. Maybe I'm just used to the Starbucks one? Regardless, not returning. Also, a $1 charge for non-dairy milk is insane considering the tiny amount that goes in a drink.

Sam is an excellent manager and needs an increase! my dad and I came by the afternoon because of donuts and coffees a cold day. she was extremely polite, friendly and gracious when we had gift card problems. very recommend this place for excellent staff and service.

Does not offer enough sugar free aromen. uncontinued sf toasted almond, the only one I really liked. Online menu shows zero sf aromen. regular coffee is crazy expensive and doesn't taste so great. once a latte ordered and half a cup coffee with a small foam on top. I stopped, sad face. I loved the roasted mandelfrost coffee in summer.

I've seen all these negative reviews, but I haven’t had any bad experiences myself, and I don’t anticipate having any. I enjoy traveling 35 miles just for the donut holes and my iced coffee. Also, last week was my first time ever visiting a Dunkin' Donuts shop, and I loved everything about it!
