Krauma Geothermal Baths - Reykholt

Came here to enjoy the baths and celebrate our very recent engagement! We had a 3p booking, and got to Krauma around 2:15 and decided to get a late lunch. They have a beet entree that’s always on the menu and is vegan, and then for their special that day (which I got) they had a grilled sweet potato dish with red cabbage, barley and fried oyster mushrooms. It was nice to have some veggies I hadn’t had in a while, but overall I wish there had been a little more flavor to it! Not a bad dish by any means, just not remarkable. However, the location is beautiful and it was great to have a vegan option. We also ordered a starter of bread with some olive oil, to make the meal a little more filling.

I don't understand why the other 2 reviews give only 3 stars, the food was crazy. There are not many vegan options, but the things I had were perfect.

Fomos almoçar. O espaço é confortável, elegante e acolhedor. Havia uma opção vegan no menú. Estava muito saborosa mas as porções são muito pequenas e caras. Comemos beterraba com purê de batata doce. Updated from previous review on 2019-08-21
