I am a huge cookie fan, and this cookie shop truly exceeded my expectations! The staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and delightful to talk to. She took the time to share information about the company and its products, which enhanced my experience. The cookies were fresh and absolutely delicious. This place surpasses Crumble Cookies! The staff was incredibly polite and did an excellent job of explaining the menu options, which helped us get on our way quickly. However, the cookies are quite expensive, and it's evident that the profit margins are significant. This isn't unexpected, considering their local competitor operates similarly. Pathetic behavior. They waited an hour and a half to close and then cancelled my order. So now I don’t have what I paid for and wasted a bunch of time waiting. Service: 1

I love the cookies. I have been there so many times. Despite not having weekly flavors rotation, I would rather eat the same flavors over and over than going to the other cookie store in town. I just wish they had reward things like birthday freebies. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
