Panda Express - Rexburg

One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in a hurry. Total turnaround time is usually less than 5 minutes when you go through the drive-thru. The food is of good quality and tasty. The staff is efficient but somewhat hurried in a high volume environment. But the food is good and filling.

No spring rolls smh didn't give crabragoon as a substitute and kept my change.

I drove back to work realized they didnt give us forks.

Horrible experience. We ordered our food in the drive thru, and they said it would be 5-7 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes at spot one, only to go in and they had been giving out the food to everyone else. We waited inside so they would make it and took it outside just to have half of our food missing. We went inside to get the rest of our food, and they said it would be another 6-7 minutes before our food would be made. We wasted about 45 minutes of our night tonight, and I am super frustrated.

Waited an extra 10 minutes longer than my online order said it would take which is fine because they said they were waiting on chicken. Got home and opened my plate to see I was given no chicken and just had a plate with noodles. Rip off.
