We ordered our food in the drive thru, and they said it would be 5-7 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes at spot one, only to go in and they had been giving out the food to everyone else. We waited inside so they would make it and took it outside just to have half of our food missing. We went inside to get the rest of our food, and they said it would be another 6-7 minutes before our food would be made. We wasted about 45 minutes of our night tonight, and I am super frustrated.

Got home and opened my plate to see I was given no chicken and just had a plate with noodles. Rip off.

The rice I received had no flavor and was very dry and brittle, the chow mein chewy and flavorless.The chicken I got was good, although the small entree was TINY. In the broccoli beef, there was an outrageous proportion of broccoli to beef. Not bad per se, but the worst Asian food I have eaten so far.

Customer service is great for the majority or the time. Highly recommend!
