I observed poor service towards myself and another customer. Customer service is essential in the food industry, and if I receive bad service, I will not be returning.

Unfortun... read more I visited this restaurant once during my college days and was not impressed. However, my friends were hyping it up so I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was just as I remembered. The portions were large, but the flavor and service left much to be desired. The pad Thai was overly wet, almost like a soup. The restaurant was very dark, which I believe was intentional, but I shouldn't have to use a flashlight to see. When my baby accidentally dropped a fake lantern on our table, the waitress seemed upset and took it away, leaving us without any light. Additionally, if you change your mind about an order, they may force it on you. Despite this, the dessert we tried was surprisingly the best thing we ate at the restaurant.

The service was quick and attentive - they refilled my water regularly and the food arrived within 10 minutes, fresh and delicious. The mango curry was sweet with perfectly ripe mangos, and the Seafood Paradise dish had 5 different types of seafood that were lightly fried for a perfect crunch. The duck was also incredibly delicious, soft and well marinated. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and homey, like a nice dinner at Grandma's house. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

The sauces and broths taste au... read more The food here is jaw-dropping delicious, I like a no frills place with a very simple and pleasant atmosphere. Very down-to-earth. The sauces and broths taste authentic, and are so good. You cant go wrong with their curry, pho, or pad thai. Stir frys are pretty good too. This place has it where it counts, and knows their food. I hope that the locals will continue to appreciate this hidden gem, it is fantastic!
