The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. I once ordered a smoothie that I didn't realize contained chocolate (I'm sensitive to chocolate), and they allowed me to easily change my order.

I'm unsure when they started asking for tips at the drive through window, but they did start doing that. They implemented paper straws for a short period of time only, so I hope to see more recycled materials, sustainable cup/container options in the future! The breakfast sandwich and dessert options have been enjoyable and never disappoint. I highly recommend reviewing the menu on the application thoroughly before ordering, so you make sure you know what's in your smoothie. They offer different promotions and discounts on different days of the week, too. The rewards program is amazing and worth downloading the app on your smartphone to collect points from your purchases, get monthly discounts to use in-store and to stay up to date with new items on the menu! Apparently the cashier is able to control the screen where you select the... read more I was really disappointed with my recent experience with an employee at this location. Apparently the cashier is able to control the screen where you select the tip amount and whether or not you want a receipt, which is fine, until the cashier decide to give herself a tip. This cashier even shouted the traditional “Jamba” after giving herself and the team a tip. I probably would have given one anyways, but it really bothered me that this employee selected her own tip.
