Jack In The Box - Rexburg

I am a fan of the chain of restaurants, particularly because of their diverse menu options. I have tried shakes from many different food spots, and Jack's was the best by far. The quality of the food matched the price, but the service could use some improvement. The staff seemed to lack training, as they were not careful enough with the food preparation. It would also be nice if they placed the napkins in the pocket in a folded manner for a better presentation. Overall, I would have given five stars if not for these minor issues.

I have a large family with many children. Yesterday, my husband and son went to a law firm and all of my children went to a business to eat something. The server who took our order was incredibly patient and made sure to get everything correct. He brought out our food and remembered exactly who had ordered each dish, ensuring that everyone received the correct meal. He did an excellent job.
